LadyThai (LadyThai)

Ladythai is suitable for women of all ages, open-minded and who like hard exercise. An aerobic and effectively fat-burning form of fitness modified from Thai boxing, where the techniques come from Thai boxing, but no contact is made except with kick pads and sacks.
